Our Story

Ritchie Law Firm was founded in 1975 by Roger Ritchie with a simple mission: to provide the people of the Shenandoah Valley with the same quality legal representation available in larger cities, without sacrificing the personal attention that comes from being part of the community.

Over the past five decades, that mission has grown into a firm with six attorneys and five offices serving communities across Virginia and West Virginia. From our original Harrisonburg office to our locations in Winchester, Charlottesville, Staunton, and Martinsburg, we remain committed to the principle that injured people deserve experienced, accessible, and aggressive legal representation.
